Webodew 2024 Year in Review: Bold Moves, Bright Ideas, and Bigger Impact

By Mike Miello

From Mike, Founder of Webodew: A Note of Gratitude

As 2024 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting (with one too many cookies in hand) on an incredible year—one filled with growth, learning, and connection.

This year wasn’t just about building websites or optimizing SEO. After some serious health challenges last year and earlier this year, 2024 became a year of reconnection—both with people and with purpose. It was about shifting mindsets, embracing courage, and striving to thrive from within.

Whether you partnered with us (Webodew isn’t just me anymore—hello, team! 😊) for a website, strategy session, or just stopped by to explore our tutorials and videos—thank you. It’s an honor to make an impact and help bring bold ideas to life.

Here’s to an even bolder 2025. Let’s dive into what made 2024 so special.

Celebrating 2024: Growth and Reflection

This year was packed with wins, experiments, and exciting new ventures. Here’s what stood out:

By the Numbers: 2024 Highlights

  • 17+ Projects Delivered: From web design and Webflow SEO strategies to video production, we helped businesses turn big ideas into reality.
  • 1,436 YouTube Subscribers: Tutorials reached new heights—join the fun here.
  • 120+ Personalized Videos: From introductions to training, personalized videos became a core way to connect.
  • SuperMoo (in Development): I dove back into product building with SuperMoo, a video hosting app that simplifies embedding videos on websites.

Expanding Our Services

This year, we launched a Webflow Support Subscription to help businesses stay on top of their websites and marketing needs without the heavy lifting. Not completely sold that I have the right pricing and setup but nevertheless, we only learn by trying.

Pushing Nerd Boundaries with New Platforms

We ventured into the Framer platform to deliver new designs, including:

Client Success Stories:

2024 wasn’t just about Webodew’s wins—it was about yours.

  • OneStep secured $36 million in funding to take their digital health efforts even further: we were fortunate to work with them on identifying an SEO gameplan
  • LabLabee Closes $3.4M in seed funding to accelerate 5G, cloud, and AI adoption— we designed their website!
  • Chiropractors Annapolis: earned praise as the best-looking site in their industry, driving 1.9k monthly clicks.
  • 2,200+ Additional Monthly Clicks for Sitruna: Boosted traffic by 2.2k additional monthly clicks, demonstrating the power of strong SEO.

Sharing Expertise and Building Connections

This year, we stepped back into the spotlight and also produced more videos:

  • Speaker on Blogging for SEO: Hosted by Fearless Biz, we explored how blogging can transform a website’s performance.
  • Schema in Webflow: Created the go-to tutorial for adding Schema to Webflow, driving traffic and establishing authority in the Webflow community.

We’re also building community: our growing newsletter and YouTube channel are hubs for sharing ideas and sparking conversations.

What’s Next for 2025?

Next year, we’re taking things further:

  • People: To foster deeper relationships with like-minded clients and find stronger ways to move ahead together.
  • Productized Services: Streamlining offerings to help more businesses achieve success faster.
  • AI Integration: Experimenting with AI technologies to improve productivity for us and our clients.
  • Inspiring the Next Generation: Personally, I want to show my kids how a creative idea can impact people worldwide—a goal that fuels everything we do at Webodew.

Thank You for a Fantastic 2024

To every client, collaborator, and supporter, thank you for making this year remarkable. Your trust and creativity inspire us to keep pushing boundaries and crafting experiences that truly matter.

Here’s to even more growth, connection, and creativity in 2025. If you’re ready to build something

bold and brilliant, let’s talk.
