Do I have to be on camera?

Only for the founder video. Customer proof puts your customer on screen, and story or product videos can skip you entirely. We pick the format that fits, not the other way around.

What if my customer says no?

I do the asking, the prep, and the reassuring. It's a relaxed conversation, and most people end up enjoying it. Worst case, we do audio or a written case study instead.

Do I need to be in the interview?

No. For customer proof, that is the whole point. You introduce me to a happy customer and step back. I handle the outreach, the scheduling, and the conversation.

What equipment does my customer need?

A laptop with a decent webcam and a quiet room. I walk them through the setup so it looks and sounds right.

How long does it take?

Three to four weeks from kickoff to delivery, depending on when people are free. The interview itself runs 30 to 45 minutes.

Why video over a written case study?
