Yes. I'm in Rueil-Malmaison, just west of Paris, and I've worked with clients across the city and the wider Île-de-France for years. Most of the work happens over video and email, so we can move fast whether you're in the 8th or in Singapore.

Both. I'm American, based in France, and I build bilingual sites all the time. If your audience is French, English, or both, the copy gets written for the people reading it, not run through a translator at the end.
Do we have to meet in person?
